Site Trust Page

Disclosure

Reviewed on August 8, 2026. This page explains the current monetization and disclosure status of V Rising Forge, including the launch gates that should be passed before visible AdSense ad units, sponsorships, or affiliate links are added later.

Current status

As of August 6, 2026, V Rising Forge does not label any active paid placements, sponsorships, or affiliate recommendations inside guide content.

Ads

If Google AdSense or another ad product is enabled, ads should be clearly separated from guide content and reflected in the Privacy policy.

Affiliate links

If affiliate relationships are introduced later, those links and the surrounding page context should be disclosed clearly instead of being blended into normal guide recommendations.

Editorial independence

Guide quality, proof status, and maintenance notes should still be handled publicly even if monetization is added later.

Official visual references

The site may use compressed official V Rising / Stunlock reference images for context, but those images are not sponsored placements and do not count as site-tested gameplay proof.

What Is Live Now, and What This Page Is Not Pretending Is Live

A trustworthy disclosure page should make current monetization status boring and obvious. Visitors should not have to guess whether ads, affiliate relationships, or sponsored placements are already active.

What is true right now

  • the site has public disclosure language ready before monetization expands further
  • guide content is still presented as editorial route, progression, setup, and maintenance guidance
  • future ads, sponsorships, or affiliate relationships are expected to be labeled on this page and near the relevant content
  • official reference images may appear in support pages or proof context blocks, but they are not the same thing as paid placement or live screenshot proof
  • related policy pages already exist for Privacy, Contact, Terms, and About

What this page is not pretending

  • it is not claiming that active sponsored guide placements are already running
  • it is not calling future ad readiness the same thing as live ad implementation
  • it is not treating undisclosed affiliate recommendations as normal editorial advice
  • it is not using disclosure language to make unfinished pages feel more commercial than they really are

Current monetization state

V Rising Forge currently publishes public guide content, policy pages, and maintenance notes. The guide pages do not currently label active paid placements, sponsorships, or affiliate recommendations. This disclosure page stays public so any future monetization change has a clear place to be explained.

Disclosure status at a glance

Area Current public status If this changes later
Display ads No active ad units are labeled inside guide content on this review date. Ads should be visually separate from editorial text and reflected in Privacy and Disclosure.
Affiliate links No affiliate relationship is currently labeled as part of the guide recommendations. Affiliate links should be disclosed near the relevant recommendation and on this page.
Sponsorships No sponsored guide placement is currently labeled on the site. Sponsored content should be clearly identified and should not control normal guide judgment.
Editorial independence Guide recommendations are presented as editorial route, progression, and setup guidance. Any paid relationship should stay separate from correction handling, review notes, and route quality decisions.

How ads will be handled

If advertising is enabled, ads should be visually separate from guide content and should not be placed in a way that misleads visitors into clicking by accident. Ads should be kept off low-value utility screens, error pages, and internal maintenance-style pages where they do not add value for readers.

Advertising should not be used to make weak or incomplete pages look complete. The guide itself should remain useful before any ad placement is added.

AdSense launch gate

Verification script can be present before ad units, but visible ad placements should still wait until the policy, privacy, and page-quality foundation is ready. Before AdSense or another display-ad product is enabled, each item in this gate should be true so the site does not add ads before the pages are useful enough for visitors.

Launch gate Required before ads go live Current status
Publisher identity and ads.txt Use only the real publisher ID and do not publish placeholder ads.txt entries. Publisher ID is known for verification; no placeholder ads.txt should exist.
Privacy and consent Privacy must explain Google services, cookies, identifiers, IP address use, personalization, and any required consent flow for the live setup. Prepared as an ad-readiness section; AdSense verification script may be present, but visible ad units are still not active.
Content value first Do not put ads on pages that are thin, unfinished, mostly navigational, or missing the answer the visitor came for. Existing thin-content and reader-value checks remain part of the pre-ad review.
Placement safety No ads above the first answer, inside route tables, beside primary navigation, beside correction links, or where they could be mistaken for guide actions. Prepared as a rule; no active ad units are present.

Ad placement boundaries

The site should not treat every URL as a good ad surface. Some pages exist for navigation, policy clarity, correction routing, or public maintenance rather than guide reading. Those pages should stay ad-free even if display advertising is enabled later.

Page type Advertising boundary Reason
Guide articles and useful category hubs Eligible only after the page already answers the player problem clearly and the first answer is not buried below ads. Ads should support a useful page, not make a thin or unfinished guide look complete.
Search, 404, Worklog, Visual Coverage, Privacy, Contact, Terms, Disclosure, About, Editorial Desk, and Updates Pages that should stay ad-free unless the page purpose changes into substantial guide content. These pages are navigation, recovery, policy, or public maintenance pages, so ads would add friction without solving the visitor's main task.
Ad density and placement Ads should not imitate navigation buttons, correction links, screenshots, route tables, or guide actions. Players should be able to tell the difference between editorial content, site navigation, and monetized placements.
ads.txt ads.txt should only be added when Google asks for the publisher record; placeholder publisher IDs should not be published. An incorrect ads.txt file can create a misleading monetization signal before the site is actually configured for ad serving.

Ad layout preflight before launch

Before any ad unit becomes active, the live layout should be checked on desktop and mobile. The goal is simple: the first useful answer, guide navigation, correction route, and screenshot/proof labels should remain easier to see than any ad.

Placement area Allowed only if Do not use if
Top of guide page The quick answer, title, review date, and first decision block remain visible before the visitor reaches an ad. The ad pushes the answer below the fold or makes the page feel like an ad landing page before it feels like a guide.
Middle of guide content The ad sits between complete sections and does not break a route table, checklist, proof note, or step-by-step decision. The ad appears inside a table, next to a correction link, beside a screenshot/proof card, or where it looks like a guide action.
Mobile layout The ad has clear spacing, does not create horizontal scrolling, and does not sit directly under a tappable navigation row. The ad causes accidental taps, hides the next paragraph, or makes route instructions feel interrupted every few screens.
Official media and proof areas The ad is visually separated from official images, video cards, proof status, and planned screenshot notes. A visitor could mistake an ad for an official source, a video card, a screenshot, or a recommended next guide action.

How affiliates or sponsorships will be handled

If the site uses affiliate links, sponsored placements, or paid partnerships, those relationships should be disclosed clearly on this page and near the relevant content instead of being hidden inside normal guide recommendations.

What should change the day monetization goes live

Disclosure page

This page should be updated first with the exact change date and the kind of monetization that became active.

Privacy page

Privacy should be updated the same day if ad cookies, consent handling, analytics changes, or related data use changes become live.

Relevant guide pages

If one page contains an affiliate recommendation or sponsored placement, that page should label it near the affected content instead of relying only on this global policy page.

Editorial separation

Correction paths, proof status, and maintenance notes should stay visible and should not be softened just because monetization is active.

What this page is trying to prevent

  • pretending ads are not present when they are
  • hiding sponsored or affiliate relationships inside ordinary guide advice
  • using monetization to make weak or unfinished pages look more complete than they really are
