Site Trust Page

Privacy Policy

Reviewed on August 8, 2026. This page explains the current privacy handling for V Rising Forge, what limited site data may be collected automatically, how Google services would affect data use if advertising is enabled, and how this policy will be updated before ads or new tracking tools go live.

Current site model

This site is a public guide website. It does not currently offer user accounts, comments, uploads, or private dashboards.

What this page covers

Basic server/CDN style access logs, future cookie and ad disclosures, and how privacy changes will be shown publicly.

What this page avoids

It does not promise tracking practices that are not actually live yet, and it does not pretend advertising is already running if it is not.

When this policy changes

This page explains current data handling and should be updated whenever ads, analytics, forms, newsletters, consent tools, or other data-affecting features change.

Advertising launch gate

Ad code should not be added until Privacy, Disclosure, consent handling, ads.txt, and ad-placement boundaries match the live setup.

Basic site usage data

Like most websites, V Rising Forge may rely on standard hosting, CDN, and server access logs that can include information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, approximate timestamps, and referring URLs. This kind of logging is used to keep the site running, troubleshoot errors, and understand broad technical traffic patterns.

Privacy status at a glance

Feature or data area Current public status If this changes later
User accounts No user accounts, logins, profiles, or private dashboards are offered on this site. This policy should explain what account data is collected before any account feature is added.
Comments or uploads No public comment system, file upload feature, or community submission form is currently active. Any future submission feature should explain what data is stored and how moderation works.
Contact route Feedback is currently routed through the public Contact page and GitHub project route. If a form or dedicated inbox is added, the page should explain what information is collected.
Advertising and cookies This policy does not present future ad-cookie behavior as already active site behavior. If ad serving is enabled, Privacy and Disclosure should be updated with a clear date and explanation.

Current third-party service status

This section is intentionally explicit because privacy pages should describe what is actually live, not only what might be added later. If the site adds a new ad, analytics, consent, newsletter, or form service, this table should be updated the same day.

Service area Current status What visitors should know before it changes
Hosting and CDN logs Standard technical logs may be created by the hosting or delivery layer when pages are requested. These logs are used for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and broad technical reliability, not for account features because the site has no accounts.
Google AdSense Google AdSense verification script is present for site review, but visible ad units are not active on this site yet. If AdSense ad serving is enabled later, Privacy and Disclosure should be updated first with the effective date, ad-cookie language, and any consent or personalization notes required for the live setup.
Analytics or marketing tags No analytics or marketing tag is described here as an active public feature on this review date. If analytics is added, this page should name the service and explain the categories of data it uses instead of leaving tracking implied.
Public GitHub feedback route Correction and policy feedback routes may send visitors to GitHub, where reports are public by default. Visitors should avoid posting passwords, private server credentials, account details, payment data, or personal identifiers in public issue reports.

Cookies and advertising

V Rising Forge may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site operation, security, performance, and future advertising features. If Google AdSense or a similar advertising product is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, browser information, page visits, and similar signals to serve, measure, and personalize ads where required by law and user settings.

Google explains how it uses data from partner sites at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Visitors can also review or adjust Google ad personalization through Google's advertising settings where available.

As of August 8, 2026, this site is not presenting this policy as proof that visible advertising units are already active. The AdSense verification script may be present for site review, but if ad serving is enabled, this policy and the Disclosure page should continue to describe that status clearly.

Google services and partner-site data notice

If Google AdSense verification, Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube embeds, or another Google service is active, a visitor's browser may automatically send information to Google, including the page URL, IP address, browser or device information, and cookie or identifier signals where applicable. Google may use that information to deliver services, measure ads, protect against abuse, and personalize ads where allowed by settings and law.

This notice is included before visible ad launch so the privacy page is ready, but it should not be read as saying all Google advertising placements are active today. The current third-party service table above remains the source of truth for what is live now.

If the site serves visitors in regions where consent is required for personalized ads, cookies, analytics, or similar identifiers, the live setup should include an appropriate consent path before those requests are made. The consent experience should explain the relevant data use in plain language and should not hide the guide content behind an ad or consent dead end.

Advertising launch privacy checklist

Before display ads are enabled, this checklist should be true. If one item is not ready, the safer choice is to keep the site ad-free until the public policy and technical setup match.

Privacy item Ready when Current status
Google services disclosure Privacy explains that Google services may receive page URL, IP address, cookies, identifiers, browser information, and related signals when those services are active. Prepared here; AdSense verification script is present, but visible ad units are still not active.
Consent handling Any required consent flow is live before personalized ads, analytics, or similar identifiers are requested in regions that require it. Not active for visible ad serving because no ad unit or analytics tag is currently described as live.
ads.txt and publisher identity The real publisher ID is known and ads.txt is accurate; no placeholder publisher ID is published. No ads.txt file should be published until the real ID exists.
Personal information boundary The site does not pass names, email addresses, private server details, or other direct personal identifiers to Google ad requests. Prepared as a launch rule; no ad requests are live.

This site may link to third-party resources such as official developer posts, patch notes, or other external references. Those sites control their own privacy practices, and V Rising Forge does not control how those external sites collect or use data once a visitor leaves this website.

Contact and privacy questions

Privacy questions, correction requests, or policy concerns should be sent through the Contact page. If the site later adds forms, newsletters, advertising tags, analytics changes, or other features that materially change what visitor data is collected, this policy should be updated with a clear date and explanation.

Policy update standard

If the site later adds or changes ad serving, analytics, forms, newsletters, consent tools, or other data-affecting features, this policy should be updated first and dated publicly instead of leaving the change implied.
